Find your curriculum starting points

Answer the questions for one learner to filter a limited selection of programs. Results are starting points with reasons and checks, not a placement test or a guarantee of fit.

Plan for one learner at a time. Your selections stay in this page: this tool does not send, save or put answers in the URL. Refreshing clears them.

1. Which grade range are you planning for?
2. What are you choosing?
3. What can you spend on curriculum access?
4. What approach do you need?
5. Which format is workable?
6. What adult help is available?

All six questions are required. “Paid options are possible” keeps free options eligible too; this is not a precise affordability calculation.

How this chooser works

We compare four programs below, not the entire market. Each essential filter removes options; qualifying options appear alphabetically, without scores, commissions or paid placement affecting the result. You may see zero to four choices. We do not force a match.

The worldview filter separates explicitly Christian programs from the non-Christian category, including faith-neutral BookShark. It does not certify every lesson against your beliefs. The format filter is conservative: online course libraries with some printable lessons are not classified as mainly offline. A request for delivered lessons excludes options requiring more parent organization. These are editorial screening rules, not measured teaching-time estimates.

Grade bands guide placement reminders; BookShark is excluded from the grades 9–12 shortlist because this tool has not verified a complete high-school pathway. Math and reading selections retain core providers for subject-level investigation; additional languages use a separate guide. The chooser does not assess learning disabilities, local requirements, accreditation or individual learning outcomes.
